Job summary

Michaels in Parker, CO is hiring for an Event Coordinator/Customer Service role. You will plan and run in-store events, including kids' parties, while helping customers shop, check out quickly, and enroll them in rewards programs.

You will also support omnichannel pickup and in-store stock activities to ensure a great guest experience. Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and experience with children’s events; retail or service background is preferred, with the ability to stay

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the Michaels Parker store, including children’s birthday parties and craft classes.
• Assist customers by helping them shop, locate products, and provide solutions with a friendly checkout.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and explain VOC surveys.
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and keep shelves stocked according to planograms.
• Keep store clean, safe, and organized; unload trucks and complete necessary paperwork.
