Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience coordinating events, including in-person and virtual/hybrid formats.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute NUNM events and CE programs from concept to follow-up.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics for on-campus and external events.
• Manage registrations, AV/IT needs, and communications with speakers and attendees.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure timely promotional materials and branding.
