Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Event planning experience a plus
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard office tools
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to interact with physicians and healthcare professionals professionally
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive and flexible
• Experience in medical device/pharma/regulated industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Medical Education programs, including planning, site contracting and in-person/virtual execution
• Assemble, ship and distribute course materials for timely delivery
• Support program registration and attendee communications
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and travel agencies to ensure successful events
• Provide on-site support with travel as needed (including weekends)
• Assist with assembling presentation and educational materials
• Maintain inventory of all course materials and demo products
• Support CE credit programs and adhere to QMS regulations
• Understand and apply privacy, security, and compliance principles
• Perform other duties as assigned
