Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage logistics for 50+ events per year across multiple audiences.
  • Produce and support virtual events, including AV, slides, and breakout rooms.
  • Lead on-site management for large events, coordinating staff and vendors.
  • Handle invitations, registration, RSVP tracking, and attendee inquiries.
  • Track budgets and post-event data, and drive process improvements.
