Paradise Coast Sports Complex is seeking an experienced Catering & Events Manager to plan and execute non-sporting events and catering functions at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, FL. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will manage bookings, staff, and client relationships to deliver exceptional events.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to event operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking and catering of non-sporting events and banquets.
• Manage suite level events.
• Hire, train, and schedule banquet and catering staff.
• Oversee community events as the main stakeholder.
• Assist clients with questions about booking event/facility.
• Direct all aspects of event setup and tear-down.
