Job summary

Paradise Coast Sports Complex is seeking a Catering & Events Manager to plan and execute non-sporting events and banquets, coordinating food & beverage service for a dynamic destination in Naples, FL.

You will manage bookings, hire and train banquet staff, oversee community events, and work closely with clients from inquiry to closing business, ensuring top-notch service and seamless event setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all aspects of non-sporting events and catering functions.
• Manage booking and catering of nonsporting events and banquets.
• Manage suite level events.
• Hire, train, and schedule banquet and catering staff.
• Oversee community events as the main stakeholder.
• Assist clients with questions about booking event/facility and closing business.
• Direct all aspects of event setup and tear-down.
• Assists with catering responsibilities including food/beverage delivery, setup, serving, clearing.
• Provide timely client and guest feedback to management.
• Oversee and assists in post-event cleaning as needed.
• Relay important information about additional orders, allergies, and/or special requests.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices in all responsible areas.
• Complete any other special projects and daily assignments as directed by leadership.
