Job summary

Paradise Coast Sports Complex is seeking a Catering & Events Manager to plan and execute all non-sporting events and catering functions at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, FL. You will lead the catering team, coordinate event setup and teardown, and work closely with clients to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work flexible weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Relay important information about additional orders, allergies, and/or special requests.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices in all responsible areas.
• Complete any other special projects and daily assignments as directed by leadership.

Position Summary

• Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
