Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX is seeking an Event Services Concierge to be the primary contact for event planners and hotel partners, ensuring equipment and room setups operate smoothly.

You will greet clients, verify AV and networking needs, coordinate with Sales, review invoices, and troubleshoot basic issues, contributing to a seamless guest experience and tasteful event execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of AV and/or hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms before events to verify equipment and networking.
• Greet clients and ensure satisfaction with Pinnacle Live gear.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Coordinate on-site changes with Sales Managers and document them.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of AV and networking; escalate as needed.
• Communicate with technical staff about client needs.
• Assist with set and strike of AV equipment when time allows.
• Report lost or damaged equipment promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized company spaces and uphold standards.
• Pursue ongoing improvement of technical skills (audio/video/networking).

Job Summary

The Event Services Concierge is the primary customer service representative of Pinnacle Live to event planners and attendees, as well as hotel partners. The Event Technology Concierge will be available prior to the event kick off, during and at wrap up to eliminate the need for clients and hotel partners to ensure equipment and room setups are functioning as expected and proactively troubleshoot any necessary issues.

Essential Functions

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set as needed
• Greet clients before event begin and ensure client satisfaction with all Pinnacle Live equipment and all networking needs
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company's business systems
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure all on-site additions and changes are properly documented
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s)
• Provide continued communication with client throughout the duration of their event
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment and engage technical staff when necessary
• Maintain regular communication with technical staff regarding client needs
• When time permits and as necessary assist technical staff in the set and striking of AV equipment
• Ensure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.
• Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standards
• Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging and computer operation and networking.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• One to Two (1-2) years' experience with audio visual and/or hospitality industry preferred
• One (1) year prior customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms
