Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Concierge to be the primary on-site contact for event planners and attendees at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX. You will ensure equipment setup, networking readiness, and proactive issue resolution before, during, and after events.

You will collaborate with hotel partners and Pinnacle Live teams, provide excellent customer service, manage room configurations, and support the seamless execution of meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ audio-visual and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of prior customer service experience, ideally in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking info is set as needed.
• Greet clients and ensure satisfaction with Pinnacle Live equipment and networking services.
• Maintain accurate client event information in the company systems.
• Coordinate on-site changes with Sales Managers and document them.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
