What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute events ranging from large firm gatherings to smaller client dinners and networking experiences
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics from concept development through onsite execution
• Lead internal engagement initiatives including wellness programming, social activities, and employee events
• Source venues, vendors, and experiences that align with the organization’s culture and client expectations
• Manage gifting programs for clients and employees, including customized and time‑sensitive requests
• Partner with internal teams and committees to support culture‑building initiatives and special events
