Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations at the venue, ensuring timely fulfillment of product, supply and equipment needs under the Warehouse Manager's direction.

You will plan for events, assign tasks to staff, and uphold the highest safety, organization and sanitation standards across warehousing and storage areas. This on-site role requires strong teamwork and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Two years' experience in the receipt, storage or distribution of food and beverage, supplies or equipment, including at least 1 year at the supervisory level in an entertainment or convention center venue.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight (boxes).
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency for venue needs.
• Support planning and preparation for events, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Maintain highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation across warehousing and storage areas.
• Ensure control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management and receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in large centralized operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report incidents as required.
