Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate warehouse operations and ensure timely supply and equipment availability for the venue. Under the Warehouse Manager, you will plan and delegate tasks for events, while maintaining the highest safety, organization, and sanitation standards across warehousing areas.

Responsibilities include inventory control, coordinating with management, receiving and distributing supplies, and reporting any damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Two years' experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food, supplies or equipment; at least 1 year in a supervisory role in an entertainment or convention center venue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to meet venue needs.
• Assist in planning and prep for events; delegate tasks to warehouse staff.
• Maintain safety, organization and sanitation across warehousing areas.
• Ensure inventory control, storage, and distribution procedures are followed.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in centralized warehouses.
• Report damage, outdated stock, over/under shipments, and vendor discrepancies.
