Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations across the venue, ensuring supply and equipment needs are met while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Under the Warehouse Manager, you will plan and prepare for events, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities to staff, focusing on efficiency and safety throughout all warehousing areas.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Two years' experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food, beverage, supplies or equipment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role in an entertainment or convention center venue.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and communicate it to others.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to meet venue needs.
• Assign tasks and delegate duties to warehouse staff under Warehouse Manager guidance.
• Maintain high levels of safety, organization and sanitation across warehousing areas.
• Ensure control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution are used.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with the management team.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in centralized operations.
• Submit reports of damage, outdated stock, or over/under shipments.
