Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations across the venue, ensuring safety, organization and sanitation.

You will support the planning and preparation for events, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager, maintaining efficient storage and compliance with health and safety regulations. Hours can include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Two years' experience in the receipt, storage or distribution of materials including at least 1 year in a supervisory role in entertainment or convention center venues.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral directions and to communicate them clearly.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to ensure department effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support planning and preparation for events, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff.
• Maintain highest levels of safety, organization and sanitation in all warehousing and storage areas.
• Control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management team.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in large centralized operations.
