Job summary

Legends Global in Toledo, OH seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations across venues. Under the Concessions Manager, you will oversee maintenance, inventory, and purchasing processes to ensure efficient event operations.

You will coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting, manage bids for cost control, and lead staff to meet safety and quality standards during long and irregular hours tied to events.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Strong organizational and safety awareness for a fast-paced venue setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Maintenance and Operations Warehouse adhering to all safety regulations.
• Organize equipment for events and prepare for distribution and transport.
• Inspect equipment upon return and report damage.
• Maintain inventory levels and order items as needed during events.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with accounting for invoicing.
