Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations across the venue. You will oversee staff, manage intake of deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient storage and distribution of products for events.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and sanitation, with responsibilities ranging from inventory control to reporting discrepancies and supporting event operations. Strong English communication and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food and beverage, supplies or equipment preferred.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule including extended hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and plans all warehousing activities with Management team.
• Delegates responsibilities to Warehouse associates.
• Assists with the intake of deliveries by receiving, storing and distributing items to designated storage locations.
• Oversees safe and timely delivery of food, beverages and other products throughout the venue.
• Compares Purchase Orders to delivered items and communicates discrepancies to management.
• Maintains storage space efficiency using FIFO where applicable.
• Submits reports on damage, outdated stock, over/under shipments and returns to vendor.
• Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports concerns to Management.
• Assists with moving equipment for events.
• Performs housekeeping and cleaning around Concessions and Warehouse areas.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
