Job summary

Legends in Denver is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations for events, ensuring product, supply and equipment needs are met. Under the Warehouse Manager, you will assist in planning and assigning tasks to staff, with a focus on safety, organization and sanitation across warehouse spaces.

You will oversee inventory control, report damaged or outdated stock, coordinate with vendors, and maintain regulatory safety standards while supporting a dynamic venue

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in receipt, storage or distribution of goods, equipment or supplies.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction in English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations to meet product, supply and equipment needs for events.
• Assist planning and task delegation to warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure safety, organization and sanitation across warehousing and storage areas.
• Maintain inventory control, report discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors on shipments.
