Job summary

Legends is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and execute warehouse operations for events at the venue, under the Warehouse Manager, and assign tasks to staff while upholding safety, organization and sanitation standards.

The role focuses on inventory control, receiving, storing and distributing supplies, coordinating with management, and ensuring efficient use of space. This is a part-time position with starting pay of $23.00 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Two years’ experience in receipt/storage/distribution.
• At least 1 year supervisory in entertainment/venue.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehousing activities with management.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Lead warehouse staff and assign tasks.
• Prepare reports and communicate with vendors.
