Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager in San Diego. You will lead a warehouse team, own inventory readiness, and ensure on-time truck departures and item recovery after events. This is a physical, fast-paced role where leadership and reliability drive success across events and seasons.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading warehouse/ops teams in a fast-paced setting.
Strong leadership, talent development, and accountability.
Ability to balance priorities, schedules, and tight deadlines.
Clear, confident cross-functional communication.
Comfort with basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound/outbound flow and yard organization.
Lead, schedule, and develop the warehouse team, coaching performance and building accountability.
Ensure rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and event-ready at all times.
Maintain a safe, organized warehouse that meets company standards.
Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match peak demand periods.
Collaborate with operations/logistics to align output with delivery schedules.
