Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a Loader to join our warehouse team in San Diego, CA. You will ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery, while keeping equipment and trucks safe and well-maintained.

You’ll assist with packing, loading, forklift operations, and inventory organization to support timely service for weddings, corporate events, and productions. A reliable, detail-oriented team player is valued here.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 50–100 lbs.
• Open availability, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders from stock and load onto pallets or into the truck bay.
• Operate a forklift to move product between receiving, storage, and staging areas; complete forklift inspections.
• Load outgoing and unload incoming trucks, securing equipment with straps.
• Record quantities of equipment received and distributed.
• Drive company vehicles on-site to support loading for shipment.
