Bright is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our fast-paced warehouse operations. You will supervise a team, oversee inventory readiness, and ensure on-time departures and returns of equipment for events. The role blends people leadership with logistics and operational execution.

You will solve problems on the fly, build strong teams, and drive continuous improvement. Expect weekends and extended hours during peak event periods in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate, develop talent, and maintain accountability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound flow, staging, and yard organization.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a warehouse team with coaching and accountability.
• Ensure inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and event-ready at all times.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse that meets company standards.
• Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match demand, including peak events.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to align output with delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; escalate maintenance when needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies and lead by example.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements in processes.
• Handle team performance matters, including coaching and corrective action.
