Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team, own inventory readiness, and ensure on-time truck departures. You will supervise a team, optimize inventory control, and uphold safety standards in a busy events environment.

This role blends people leadership with logistics and operational execution, demanding problem-solving, coaching, and a strong drive to maintain seamless event operations during peak seasons.

• Experience leading warehouse/operations teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership to motivate, develop talent, and hold a team accountable.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting schedules, and tight deadlines.
• Clear, confident communication across departments.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a solutions-first mindset.
• Weekend availability during peak periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound flow, staging, and yard organization.
• Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse team members with coaching and accountability.
• Ensure rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and event-ready at all times.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse that meets company standards.
• Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match demand, including peak events.
• Coordinate with operations/logistics leadership to align output with delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; escalate maintenance as needed.
• Enforce safety policies and model expected behavior for the team.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Handle performance conversations, corrective actions, and recognition.
