Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensure inventory readiness, and coordinate timely dispatches for events. You will manage a team, maintain safety and quality, and keep equipment and trucks ready for back-to-back productions.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll optimize processes, mentor staff, and partner with logistics to meet tight event schedules while upholding our standards of reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, talent development, and accountability.
• Experience managing competing priorities and shifting schedules.
• Clear, confident cross-functional communication.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
• Organized with a solutions-first mindset.
• Flexible to work weekends and extended hours during peak periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flow, staging, and yard organization.
• Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse team members, setting expectations and building accountability.
• Ensure rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and event-ready at all times.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse that meets company standards.
• Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match operational demands, including peak event periods.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics leadership to align warehouse output with delivery schedules and event timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; enforce maintenance and flag discrepancies early.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies and model the behavior you expect from your team.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and workflows.
• Handle team performance matters directly, including coaching conversations, corrective action, and recognition.
