Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in San Diego is seeking a Loader to ensure orders leave the warehouse complete, accurate, and in great condition. You will help keep trucks and storage areas organized and safe, while supporting the broader warehouse team with inventory and loading tasks.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and a collaborative mindset. Expect weekend and overtime shifts to support events and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience is required.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and stay organized.
• Able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and load them onto pallets or into the truck bay.
• Operate a forklift to move product between areas and conduct inspections.
• Load outgoing and unload incoming trucks, securing loads with straps.
• Maintain safe weight distribution and documentation of inventory movements.
• Drive company vehicles on-site to support loading for shipment.
