Legends Global is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker for The Oncenter in Syracuse, NY. You will help create a positive guest experience by greeting attendees, scanning tickets, guiding to seats, and answering questions.

The role is part-time with hours tied to events; you may be assigned as an Usher or Ticket Taker or both. You must have strong customer service, stand for long periods, and be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of guest services/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide event information.
• Scan tickets, assist guests with seating, and verify entry.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ADA accommodations as needed.
• Monitor aisles and stairs to ensure safety and fire code compliance.
• Address questions, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Identify emergencies and coordinate with supervisors.
