Job summary

Kids for the Future in Seabrook, NH is seeking friendly Extraboard Ushers to welcome guests at concerts, festivals and events at The Brook. You’ll assist guests with seating, directions, ticket verification and venue information, helping maintain smooth guest flow from arrival to curtain call.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, outgoing and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay professional in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful information about the venue and event.
• Check tickets and guide guests to seating sections or event areas.
• Assist guests with locating seats, restrooms, exits, concessions and amenities.
• Help manage guest flow and maintain clear aisles and entry points.
• Support crowd management and report safety concerns to supervisors.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a professional, welcoming presence.
