ITA Group, Inc. in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the development and operation of travel programs for existing clients. You will work with Buyers, Event Managers, and Senior Event Managers to ensure programs run smoothly and profitably.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication with suppliers and clients. This position is full-time and on-site in West Des Moines.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of related work experience, customer service, or retail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to anticipate issues and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
