World Travel Inc. is seeking an Incentive Experience & Destination Coordinator to support the execution of high-end corporate incentive travel programs.

You will be the bridge between meeting operations, top-tier vendors, and VIP attendees, handling attendee registrations, venue coordination, and live event updates. The role requires 2–4 years of event logistics experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel 25–35% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience supporting corporate events, incentive travel programs, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines for VIP attendees.
• Familiarity with registration platforms (Cvent preferred) and supplier coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary operational contact for local DMCs, confirming timelines and activity sheets.
• Coordinate site-sourcing data, venue matrices, and property collateral for senior review.
• Provide on-site support during events, managing vendor handoffs and transport logistics.
