ITA Group seeks an Event Manager to coordinate travel and virtual event programs for our incentives clients. You will lead internal teams, ensure on-time delivery, and manage budgets while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will collaborate across departments, manage multiple programs, and contribute to creative event strategies with an emphasis on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, or Communications required.
• Three years’ experience in event management or two years in ITA Group’s Event Management division.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage details.
• Ability to handle numerous projects, prioritize workload and delegate responsibility.
• Experience in effective communication and relationship building with client management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of budgeting and profitability considerations.
• Experience in negotiations in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of event travel and virtual event programs for specific clients.
• Lead internal teams for ITA Group’s incentives solution line and ensure deliverables meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to balance budgets and align with client vision.
• Manage external relationships with third-party suppliers and travel partners.
