Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related training.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work with guests in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Sell tickets for headline concerts, events and promotions.
• Use proper procedures and documentation for all transactions.
• Balance the box office cash and bank with Cage.
• Assist with ticket taking and usher duties as needed.
• Record and report database information to management.
