Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage host to support counter service, cashiering and seating duties at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage.

You will handle orders, balance transactions, greet guests, assist servers and help ensure smooth service in a lively casino environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior cash handling, California ABC training and the ability to obtain a Riverside County health card quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cash handling and dining room host experience preferred.
• Attend and complete California Department of ABC Lead Training Program.
• Must obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage counter service, cashiering and hosting duties as needed.
• Input orders and balance registers for transactions; ensure accountability for all foods and drinks.
• Seat guests promptly and evenly among servers; answer phones and direct calls.
• Provide excellent guest service; stay informed about F&B offerings and operating hours.
