Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE seeks a friendly ticketing associate to handle cash, credit, and refunds at the box office. You will welcome guests, sell tickets for headline concerts and events, and ensure procedures are followed with accuracy and care.

The role requires solid English communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work standing for long periods in a live venue environment. Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Job Description SummaryHandles cash, credit, and refund transactions correctly. Adheres to established procedures, administers the ticket system and completes related paperwork. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will inside the concert venue. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
