Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Deployment Lead to own end-to-end intake and solutioning for partner hardware requests, design technical and logistics solutions, and ensure successful on-site deployments across sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and assets, lead on-site execution, and drive continuous improvement while communicating clearly with stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical deployments, IT/hardware field operations, or large-scale event technology
• Experience serving as on-site technical escalation point for high-visibility deployments
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events with budget, scope, and schedule control

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake for partner hardware requests and design the technical/logistics solution
• Manage multiple deployments from small refreshes to large multi-site activations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, IT, networking, and events
• Lead on-site execution including setup, testing, show support, and breakdown
• Drive risk management, post-deployment analysis, and continuous improvement
