Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Deployment Manager to own end-to-end intake and solutioning for partner hardware requests. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, IT, and events, ensuring successful on-site execution and post-deployment analysis.

The role requires 5+ years of deployment management, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical deployments, IT/hardware field operations, or large-scale event technology.
• Own end-to-end projects including budget, scope, schedule, and stakeholder communication.
• Primary on-site technical escalation point for high-visibility deployments.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems with software and hardware.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise networking deployment and protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead meetings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~40%).

Responsibilities

• Intake for partner hardware requests: scope the ask, clarify requirements, and design the solution for each deployment.
• Serve as technology and product expert for the Hardware Solutions catalog.
• Manage multiple deployments with varying scale and complexity; create and maintain project plans.
• Coordinate resources within budget, scope, and timeline; escalate trade-offs early.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, logistics, IT, and events.
• On-site execution: primary contact for deployments, lead setup and testing, and on-site support.
• Conduct post-deployment analysis, risk reviews, and continuous improvement through SOPs and playbooks.
