Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Logistics Coordination Lead to own back-of-house device operations for major programs, including provisioning, shipping, staging, and on-site distribution at VIP events.

You will manage device readiness, inventory, and post-event recovery while coordinating with partners to ensure flawless guest experiences across large activations. The role demands hands-on provisioning and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or device operations.
• Ability to support live events with tight timelines.
• Comfort in executive and VIP-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device prep: sourcing, provisioning, account setup, scanning and packaging.
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking, including serialization and reconciliation.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping and event logistics for multiple sites.
• Provide on-site hardware support and quick diagnostics during events.
• Lead on-site device distribution and Smart Bar operations with partners.
• Escalate risks early and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
