Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in California is seeking a Logistics Coordination Lead to own back-of-house device operations for programs, including ordering, provisioning, staging, shipping, on-site distribution, and return reconciliation for large events.

You will collaborate with partners and stakeholders, support VIP guest onboarding and troubleshooting, and develop repeatable SOPs to ensure consistent throughput and asset integrity across events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device prep for events: sourcing, firmware updates, provisioning, account setup, scanning, charging, and packaging to presentation standard.
• Plan realistic prep schedules by backing into throughput: determine lead times, staffing hours, and station layout to hit device-ready dates.
• Establish repeatable provisioning SOPs and readiness checklists so staff can execute to standard when volumes spike.
• Provide on-site provisioning support for high-volume events and late guest additions.
• Manage inventory prep, tracking, serialization, and post-event reconciliation, restocking, and damage assessment.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping, logistics, and contingency routing for events across regions.
• Staff the on-site Smart Bar distribution and ensure device display, handout processes, and records meet program standards.
• Represent company and client with poise in front of VIP guests and partner teams.
