Job summary

TeamPeople, a division of System One, seeks an experienced Event Production Support professional for a full-time hybrid role in Charlotte. You will manage in-person event execution, handling registration, attendee communications, and platform integration with planners.

Must have CVENT experience, strong HTML content management, and proficiency with Office tools; you’ll collaborate across Global Events, Marketing, and Technology to deliver seamless live and virtual experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-5 years of experience in event production, event technology, or project management.
• 2-5 years of experience with Cvent and content management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support event production by managing event technology, registration tools, and attendee communications.
• Partner with planners to integrate digital components into live experiences (check-in tools, apps, session tracking).
• Provide on-site or remote technical support for event platforms and attendee tools.
• Translate event goals into effective online engagement strategies.
• Serve as SME on event technology and online production best practices.
