Job summary

EliseAI is seeking an Events Manager to plan, develop, and execute high-standard events aligned with marketing and business objectives. You will manage budgets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead the onsite event team to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in event management within a fast-paced tech environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and ROI. In-person work at the office is expected 4–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end event management experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to forecast impact and measure ROI using quantitative analysis.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel for attendee tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support industry, hosted, and client events from start to finish.
• Oversee onsite and remote event setup and logistics for flawless execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate sponsorship deals.
• Identify relevant events and propose opportunities based on business goals.
