Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RAMP Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• W Writes order on order card and relays order to kitchen/Event Chef and serves courses.
• Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course.
• Restocks stationary display items according to event needs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in service areas and on floor.
• Observes safety and security procedures and reports unsafe conditions to manager.
• Knowledgeable of event specifications, services, food and beverage.
• Adheres to all job relevant manuals, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Reviews menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Responds promptly and courteously to customer needs.
• Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
