Job summary

CESCAPHE EVENT GROUP is seeking servers to provide exceptional hospitality at events. You will serve meals, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a responsive, courteous atmosphere.

You may assist in other duties as assigned to ensure flawless event execution. Key tasks include reviewing menus, taking and relaying orders, clearing tables, Restocking supplies, and maintaining clean service areas while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RAMP Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide by 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Writes order on order card and relays order to kitchen/Event Chef and serves courses.
• Observes guests to respond to requests and determine when meal is completed.
• Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course.
• Maintains clean and organized guest tables.
• Supports safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to manager.
• Responds promptly and courteously to customer needs.
