Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
• Mathematical ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain work areas according to standards.
• Assist servers tableside and respond to guests requests.
• Clear cocktail room after cocktail hour.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and inventory.
• Observe timelines and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure flawless event execution.
