  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 months related experience and/ or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating aud maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
  • Mathematical: ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10;s and 100’s.
  • Reasoning: ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

The Event Support keeps all areas clean by clearing glassware, polishing silverware, wiping chargers, stocking and maintaining bathrooms, bussing, running trays, and overall venue maintenance. Event Support assists servers in delivering food, refilling water glasses, set up, table maintenance, and maintaining service areas. Event Support performs ongoing tasks necessary to ensure quality service. Each team member is expected to assist when and where necessary during an event ensuring flawless execution.
