Job summary

The Carolina Hurricanes are seeking a Suites Supervisor to oversee event day Food & Beverage operations in the Suites, Loge Boxes and Victory Club. You will lead part-time staff, manage inventory, and ensure orders meet quality and timing standards.

Responsibilities include training, POS handling, safety compliance, and delivering excellent guest service while coordinating beverages and maintaining orderly storage for each event.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Food and Beverage experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, including stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to report up to four hours prior to events; report times vary by event.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event day Food & Beverage operations for the Suites, Loge Boxes and Victory Club.
• Coordinate and instruct part-time employees; assist with training.
• Take inventory and ensure storage spaces are stocked for events.
• Enter and close guest checks using a POS system.
• Restock and deliver beverages; perform monthly inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness, alcohol control and safety guidelines per regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster good relationships with staff and management.
• Ensure food orders are delivered accurately, on time, and to quality standards.
