Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Attendant to maintain cleanliness and assist guests in suites during events. The role involves pre-event setup, order verification, serving guests, and ensuring a smooth event flow under established standards.

The position requires strong guest service skills, reliability and the ability to stand for long periods. This is a part-time, hourly role supporting F&B operations at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a foodservice position.
• Ability to stand for long periods during events.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite setup including chafing dishes, plates, silverware, televisions, lighting and ambiance.
• Verify and set up all pre-event orders and identify suite host.
• Take and place event-day food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the suite throughout the event.
• Reset suite for next function and complete closing procedures with supervisor.
