Job Summary

The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the staff and operations of an assigned area. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed as well as correct food and beverage standards are maintained, quality of services, and proper cleanliness and sanitation of areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee event day operations within an assigned area: Suite Attendants, Runners, and Dessert Cart.
• Account for changes incurred during the day of event and ensure attendants are aware of additional requests.
• Ensure all HACCP standards are followed—including food temperatures, rotation of product, and sanitation of assigned areas; report safety items to manager.
• Ensure suite attendants and food runners properly prepare suites in a timely manner; set food and beverage 15 minutes prior to doors.
• Ensure suite attendants receive pre‑event paperwork.
• Unlock suites prior to staff arriving.
• Walk specific areas to check final sets.
• Ensure all food presentations meet company standards.
• Hold suite attendants accountable for alcohol services and report violations.
• Answer guests’ questions regarding menu, services, billing, etc.
• Keep all work areas (pantries, suites, coolers) clean and stocked.
• Monitor delivery of beverages, cold and hot food to suites, ensuring deliveries are met in a timely manner.
• Remain visible in hallways to assist guests.
• Assist dessert cart attendants and ensure they are working in a timely manner.
• Ensure at least three dessert cart attendants per cart.
• Be attentive to guests and address issues that may arise.
• Complete closing procedures, collecting completed paperwork (inventory, cash receipts, invoices).
• Ensure all liquor cabinets are locked and secure and suites are clean of excess food and paper stock.

Qualifications
