Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Event Manager to lead planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. You will own event strategy, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate logistics and technology, and ensure flawless delivery from planning to completion.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days on-site and close collaboration with Marketing and Leadership to engage employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate events from planning through completion.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with both in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development to post-event evaluation for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Develop strategies, timelines, budgets, and production plans.
• Coordinate venues, catering, A/V, registration, speakers, and staffing.
• Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and performance.
• Oversee on-site execution and act as main point of contact during events.
• Measure outcomes and identify improvements for future events.
