Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee all stewarding staff during events in Inglewood, CA. The role requires availability on event days, including Sundays and potential other days.

Responsibilities include cleaning, storage, dish duties, and ensuring safety and order in kitchens and workrooms. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, and certifications such as CA Food Handlers and CA RBS.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Must be able to work long flexible hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CA Food Handlers Certification and CA RBS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff and event days coverage.
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Direct cleaning, storage of wares, and dish duties.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of food and beverage operations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and adapt to high-pressure environments.
