Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or public administration or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation, business law, purchasing procedures, and supervising personnel.
• Experience in labor relations and union contracts, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including purchasing, booking, event services, F&B, box office, security, and maintenance.
• Promote facility usage to maximize utilization and negotiate leases and contracts with event organizers and agents.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with corporate directives and budgets.
• Develop and implement operating and financial plans, reports, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
