Job summary

PCH Hotels And Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Back Aisle Attendant to support banquet events by preparing back service areas, supplying equipment, and coordinating with Banquet staff.

You will help ensure smooth event flow, maintain clean service aisles, and assist in setting up and breaking down functions for guests. The role includes transporting items from the kitchen, replenishing supplies, and working closely with Banquet Managers to meet special equipment requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license for operating golf carts.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Banquet Manager/Stewarding Manager to understand equipment requirements.
• Organize equipment according to BEO and Captain/Chef instructions.
• Replenish food items, china, glassware, silverware and linen as needed.
• Safely transport items from kitchen areas to event locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service aisles and equipment during events.
• Clear dirty dishes and return them to the kitchen as needed.
• Assist service staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at proper temperatures.
• Break down tables and dispose of trash after events.
• Flexible and teamwork-focused event setup/breakdown support.
