Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Banquet House Attendant to set up and service meeting rooms in line with guest expectations and sustainability standards. You will transport and arrange heavy items safely, break down spaces, and ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next event.

Roles require flexibility for shifts, holidays, and weekends. Previous banquet setup or customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms according to banquet event order forms and documents to ensure set up meets guest expectations.
• Transport heavy materials such as tables, chairs, and staging safely using proper equipment.
• Break down meeting rooms and return items to storage in a neat, organized fashion.
• Maintain cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable at all times.
• Respond to guest requests for service changes and assist with information requests.
